Interactive Colloboration
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in several interactive collaborative throughout the workshop. Interactive collaboration is built into the reflection discussion questions that is posed individually and to them as a group. More interactive collaborative activities surround the group work for actually creating an exemplary comic strip/graphic novel through the use of digital photography. Group members will not only have to collaborate on the selection of topic and generating photography, but also in assessing each other’s work during the workshop gallery walk. Even though the educators are not focusing on analyzing their own student work, the consistent reflective dialogue on the process of integrating technology into classroom and incorporating a new method of teaching builds on the high level of interactive collaborations that occurs during this workshop.
